Classy Cakes by Carole, established in 1995, specializes in custom-made cakes serving New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Florida and Georgia.  We provide beautiful and delicious wedding, birthday and special occasion cakes.  Each cake is perfectly created for each client.  The cakes are moist, artistic, and creatively and elegantly designed for any occasion.  These cakes will be etched in the memory of your guests for a very long time. 

We also offer carrot cakes and "one-of-a-kind" red velvet cakes, as well as cup cakes, pastries, cookies, etc.  At the client's request, birthday cakes can be adorned with edible images such as cartoon characters, or decorated traditionally with icing and design.   

Our cakes are baked with the finest ingredients.  They are covered in butter cream, some of which include cream cheese and a variety of flavorings.  Clients also have a choice of butter cream or fondant icing to adorn their cakes.

Classy Cakes by Carole does not use imitation decorations.  All non-edible decorations are made from gum paste.  Edible decorations are made from fondant.
