Carol, I can not thank you enough for the fabulous job you did on the baby shower cake (3-14-09). Our guest could not stop complimenting us, not only on the beauty of the cake but the taste was out of this world. In many of their own words "it is very hard to find someone who can decorate a cake so well and the taste even better." I did not have enough of your business cards to distribute. Dear Carole,

Thank you soooo much for the cakes you made for me. The grooms cake you made for my husband was amazing. How you managed to create a "Con Edison" cake in the Con Ed blue color blew us away. The bride with the veil and the groom with the Con Ed hard hat was the icing on the cake (pardon the pun). The other surprise was the cake tasted so delicious. When you made the golf cake for my boss, nobody wanted to eat it! I convinced them that the cake was delicious and after everyone at the birthday party ate it, they agreed. You do terrific work and your prices are reasonable. Thanks so much. All the best!

I was introduced to Carole's beautiful cakes in July 04. Carole had made and Elmo cake for my son Josiah's first birthday party, it brought tears to my eyes.
